With an average temperature of 30 degrees Celsius, a sea temperature of about 28 degrees Celsius, and consistent (offshore) wind conditions (with an average speed of about 17 to 22 knots) throughout almost the whole year, the spot checks all the boxes of being a perfect kite spot.
And don’t be surprised when while kiteboarding on the flat turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, you’ll come across some turtles and, if you’re lucky, dolphins. Does it get better? Yes, it does! Bonaire’s cool Caribbean trade winds provide the right environment for kiteboarding almost 365 days a year.
